I highly recommend Five Star, prompt service at a fair and reasonable price. I had a few small plumbing issues that they were able to take care of easily but the main reason I had called them was the slow draining tub that was becoming problematic. They came back out the second day because this job would take a bit longer to complete, they removed large sections of old pipe that were mostly closed up due to metal build up. They replaced them with PVC pipe and my tube runs like it should...fast! They always look at other issues should I have them and answer any questions I may have, and of course the give excel advice. I can't say enough about their service....excellent!
My grandmother needed a plumber to replace a shut off valve in her house. Not knowing who to call, she turned to me to find a reliable person. Reading all of the reviews for Kamran made the choice easy. He definitely surpassed expectations! He made an appointment for the next day and was honest with his quote. 5 stars for Five Star!!!! Five Star Plumbing and Heating definitely lives up to the name. I always receive better than five star service with Kamran! Kamran is an excellent plumber who does great work for an honest price. He is courteous, thorough and convenient. I have used him multiple times from simple repairs (faucets and clogged drains) to the installation of an entire bathroom, including tiling and flooring!! I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating and will continue to be a life-long customer!
I haven't talked to Kamran in like 2 years. It makes me sad because he's such a great guy, but he's so good at his job we don't even need to call him. He was our plumber for years at our old house too. I just thought this would be a fairly powerful review. Quality is everything, "value" is all perception.
Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.
I contact Five Star Plumbing this afternoon as a new customer and the plumber was in my driveway an hour later. I am extremely pleased with this company. He was so nice and friendly and was comfortable to be around. I like how he shows me as things move along and explains everything. Bonus....he found shut off valves for my garage that many people have tried to find unsuccessfully. That will make me happy next winter. He installed an evaporator tank and fixed a leaky faucet. Price was the best part! The reviews are strong for Five Star and now I understand why. 5 stars from me along with many referrals.
